About

Who is Sudhir Sharma?

I’m Sudhir Sharma. I advise senior executives and leadership teams on AI search and customer trust: whether the algorithms name your company, and whether people trust it once they find you. I work with leadership teams across Australia, Asia, the US and Europe.

I spent a decade inside Google. I founded Hupik, an AEO agency, teach digital marketing at the Singapore University of Social Sciences, and hold an Executive Master in Change from INSEAD.

The story

Where did the two judges come from?

Google hired me as an SEO in 2016, the search company hiring for search. I stayed a decade, working on customer experience, product and growth at scale in APAC.

Part of that was crisis management for YouTube. Almost every grievance was about the algorithm. That’s where the two judges first met for me: a system deciding, and a person deciding whether they’d been heard.

In 2022 I wrote my INSEAD thesis on customer aggression. It isn’t random. It’s the direct result of a failed human interaction, where the customer doesn’t feel heard, acknowledged or held.

Most organisations manage the process, like time to resolve, and leave their agents without the psychological tools to manage the emotion in the conversation. My conclusion: stop just managing customers. Create a safe holding environment, for your customers and for your own agents.

AI is a process replacement mistaken for a human replacement. It has industrialised customer aggression.

How I work

What is it like to work with me?

Evidence before opinions.

I run the searches before anyone talks strategy.

Practice, not slideware.

When I give a recommendation, it comes from doing the work. I’m hands-on and I use AI openly, every day.

By referral.

New work comes through people I’ve worked with. If someone sent you, tell me who.

The mark

About the logo

The mark is the thesis drawn small.

A square divided in four is the map every business sits on. Up one side, whether the algorithm can see you. Along the other, whether people trust you. Four positions, and you’re in one of them whether you know it or not.

The ring, top right, is the Algo. One shape, precise, in cobalt: an algorithm judges once and doesn’t argue. It sits in the top-right corner because that’s the position worth reaching — named by the machine, confirmed by people.

The two coral dots are the Ego: people. Plural, because trust is never one person’s verdict. Warm, because that’s the side of the ledger that feels something. They sit top left — found, and still deciding. The ring is where you want them to end up.

The two faint dots below are the positions nobody is looking at yet: loved but unfindable, or not found at all. Every business starts in one of them. The work is moving up and to the right.

Judged twice. One square. That’s the whole idea.
